The Booth lets people, competitors and spectators alike, know who we are and what we stand for. Not only that, in our booth, we always have sections about this year's BEST theme so that others can gain knowledge about what our robots symbolize. This year, we have theme posters and interactive elements about manufacturing plants, production lines, product efficiency, recalling products, and how companies become more effective. We have game posters about our robot, ways we were effective in our build session, ways we made the robot more effective and productive on the field, and how we made it easier to fix mistakes off the field.
The booth itself isn't completely built by students, but it is completely customized by students and every single piece of information is from student research and every interactive element is also student made. The amount of information we present is intense, but is organized in a very easy to understand way. We think it is critical to have a good booth that will attract many people to see it so that more people can learn about the engineering process and about how we boost engineering, science, and technology throughout our community so that they can start implementing similar techniques to help make this world a better, smarter place.
